We answer every question, review site photos or do a quick walk, and gather basics like parking layout and (if needed) a recent utility bill so we can tailor the plan to your property.
2 Proposal & Contract
Next, we provide a clear, straightforward proposal outlining the full scope of work, recommended hardware, and operating model, including our no-cost installation option when incentive programs allow, along with a transparent revenue-share plan based on net charging revenues. If the utility account is in your name, we reimburse electricity costs directly.
Once you approve, we launch the project with a defined timeline and a dedicated single point of contact to keep everything on track. Transparent updates at every stage ensure you always know what’s coming next.
3 Grants & Rebates
We identify and secure all available rebates and make-ready incentives, along with investing our own capital so installation can be low- or no-cost. Poweral manages every step of the process, from verifying eligibility and designing the program requirements to preparing and submitting applications. We also handle utility and agency coordination, schedule inspections, and deliver the final close-out package. When multiple programs can be combined, we carefully sequence applications and documentation to maximize incentives and minimize any out-of-pocket expense.
4 Permits & Zoning
We take the permitting and zoning burden off your plate. Our team produces professionally stamped drawings, submits applications, coordinates with municipal departments, addresses reviewer comments, and secures all necessary approvals. You’ll receive clear milestone updates and projected timelines so the process stays transparent and hassle-free.
5 Professional EV Charger Installation
Once all approvals are secured, we move seamlessly into construction. Poweral manages every detail—site preparation, trenching, panel and sub-panel setup, wiring, and precise placement of pedestals, chargers, and protective bollards. Our licensed electricians follow all local codes and best practices to ensure safety, reliability, and long-term performance.
Throughout the build, you’ll receive regular progress updates and clear timelines, so you always know the next step. When construction is complete, every charger undergoes thorough testing and commissioning, with results fully documented. The result: a clean, well-finished charging site that’s fully operational and ready for use.
6 Management & Ongoing Support
Poweral takes full responsibility for keeping your chargers running smoothly. We continuously monitor system health, apply firmware updates, and resolve most issues remotely. If an on-site visit is ever needed, our technicians are dispatched promptly to minimize downtime.
You’ll receive clear, regular reports detailing charging sessions, energy usage, and any service actions taken. Every charger features a 24/7 customer support number and easy-to-follow instructions for both Tesla and non-Tesla drivers, ensuring that EV users have reliable assistance whenever they need it.
Electricity Billing Options
- Poweral pays the meter: We set up a new utility account in Poweral’s name dedicated to the chargers and pay the electricity bills directly. We take care of the whole thing: we handle metering, invoices, and utility coordination.
- Property pays the meter: If the chargers are added to an existing service, we track metered kWh, calculate costs, and reimburse you with clear, itemized reporting.
7 Revenue Share & Payouts
You earn a revenue share from your site. We provide clear statements, and pay by ACH on a consistent schedule; if your site uses electricity reimbursements, those are issued separately.
